Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 Monday through Sunday. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, the expected delivery time is 5-8 Monday through Sunday. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping Areas
Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Shows Delivered but Not Received?
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors or household members to ensure the package wasn't received by mistake.
- Verify that the shipping address provided is accurate by reviewing your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier directly for further information and to request proof of non-delivery.
- If the issue remains unresolved, please provide us with the proof of non-delivery, and we will issue a refund for your order.
