Welcome to MyKidos! We understand how special and unique each little one is, and we're thrilled to be a part of your journey. To ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible, we've made our return policy simple and straightforward.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we'll gladly accept returns for most items that meet our return conditions.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition:
- Clothing: Unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Toys & Gifts: Unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Essentials: Must be unused and in sellable condition.
We do not accept returns for personalized or used items.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@mykidos.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send back your items. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval. Items returned without first contacting us will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned under the same terms as full-priced items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in ensuring that your items are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mykidos.com or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To get the right item quickly, we recommend you return your original item and place a new order for the one you want. Our return process is simple, and we're happy to assist you with any questions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
